Job Description

The main purpose of the “Senior Unit Manager, Bancassurance for Operation” position is responsible for operation is responsible for supervising, managing and monitoring the daily operation of bancassurance business in Hattha Bank including procedure and process development, customer complaint handling, facilitate on operational risk assessment, developing marketing promotion and campaign, develop incentive program and ensure the bank comply with regulatory requirement.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead the Development of Bancassurance operational procedure.
  • Lead the Development of customer complaint handling procedure specifically for bancassurance.
  • Facilitate with cross functional team on process design to ensure its compliance with regulation, risk assessment.
  • Facilitate the Medium-Term Business Plan and yearly operational plan for the company.
  • Facilitate the development of the new products for the company.
  • Conduct the training on insurance referral process and facilitate the training on new insurance to operators.
  • Facilitate the preparation of the marketing strategy, promotional campaign, marketing activities, message communication to market to ensure the mislead communication.
  • Design and monitor the incentive program, sale campaign, performance bonus for bank staff to ensure the effectiveness of referral process.
  • Support, facilitate between branch, insurer on claim request, customer complaint, provide suitable solution for customers.
  • Responsible for regular settlement on the premium collection, commission, incentive, and campaign with insurance company.
  • Facilitate with Information technology team on separate system design and development for insurance business.
  • Prepare the monthly report and quarterly report for regulators.
  • Perform other task as assigned by supervisor or management.

Skills Specifications

  • Master degree or Bachelor degree in finance and banking or business management, or related fields.
  • At least 05 years experiences in insurance business industry and 02 years in leadership and management.
  • Prior other financial product management experience is preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge in insurance products, analytical, quantitative, problem solving, communication (written and verbal), presentation, relationship management skills.
  • Be proficient in English both speaking and writing.
  • Be innovative, dynamic, and confident.
