Job Description

The main purpose of the “Specialist, Card and e-Payment” position is mainly responsible for managing services quality at Smart Banking. He/she is also responsible for answering to branch/customer on product procedure related matter on smart banking.

Location

Location: Head Office-Phnom Penh

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Serving customer inquiry and support for transaction initiate at Smart Banking,
  • Provide immediate solution in response to customer inquiry, escalate matter to relevant department for solution.
  • Performance monitoring for Smart Banking and recommend for improvement.
  • Collect customer feedback and recommend for feature enhancement.
  • Working with branch to make sure the customer information has been updated accurately.
  • Be a member to Smart Banking related implementation.
  • Daily/Weekly/Monthly performance report to management.
  • Perform other task as assigned by management.

Skills Specifications

  • Bachelor degree in sales, marketing, banking & finance.
  • At least 1-year experience in Card & e-Payment customer services and operation at banks and/or MFIs.
  • Good at accounting, reporting and solving complaint skills
  • Good time management skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Be able to communicate in English language and good presentation/training skill.
  • Influencing and negotiation skills is a plus.
  • Be able working on rotation shift
  • Computer skills, Microsoft Offices, Excel and email.
  • Good integrity, positive attitude, helpful, high commitment, competence and motivation.
  • Able to work independently, organized, creative and attentive to details.
