Job Description

The main purpose of the “Officer, Loan Quality & Support” is responsible for collecting root cause and branch reason of non-performing loan, preparing the NPL report as monthly, following up the late loan solving of branch staff and supporting branch by provide the solving technique and mission. Officer, Loan Quality & Support must understand the process of non-performing loan solving and contract law, and provide refreshment training to CCTs to enhance loan quality.

Location: Head Office, Phnom Penh

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Follow up on branch solving activities and provide the technique.
  • Desk review on select loan file of NPL to find the root cause and weakness/issues and report to supervisor.
  • Mission to branch poor quality of loan for supporting and solving the NPL.
  • Facilitate to collect the root cause and branch reason of NPL and suggest branch staff to improve.
  • Conduct training refreshment of late loan solving and technique.
  • Support the solving technique and issues/weakness to improve for CCT and CCC.
  • Perform other task as assigned by supervisor or management.

Skills Specifications

  • Bachelor degree in banking/finance or business management, or related fields.
  • At least 01year experience relate to credit in bank, other financial or financial services industry.
  • Extensive knowledge in other financial products, analytical, quantitative, problem solving, communication (written and verbal), presentation, relationship management skills.
  • Available mission to branch anytime and anywhere.
  • Competence in Microsoft office (word & excel) and E-mail.
  • High commitment and honesty.
  • Be innovative, dynamic, and confident.
  • Priority for understanding English language.
