Job Description
The main purpose of the “Officer, Loan Quality & Support” is responsible for collecting root cause and branch reason of non-performing loan, preparing the NPL report as monthly, following up the late loan solving of branch staff and supporting branch by provide the solving technique and mission. Officer, Loan Quality & Support must understand the process of non-performing loan solving and contract law, and provide refreshment training to CCTs to enhance loan quality.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Follow up on branch solving activities and provide the technique.
- Desk review on select loan file of NPL to find the root cause and weakness/issues and report to supervisor.
- Mission to branch poor quality of loan for supporting and solving the NPL.
- Facilitate to collect the root cause and branch reason of NPL and suggest branch staff to improve.
- Conduct training refreshment of late loan solving and technique.
- Support the solving technique and issues/weakness to improve for CCT and CCC.
- Perform other task as assigned by supervisor or management.
Skills Specifications
- Bachelor degree in banking/finance or business management, or related fields.
- At least 01year experience relate to credit in bank, other financial or financial services industry.
- Extensive knowledge in other financial products, analytical, quantitative, problem solving, communication (written and verbal), presentation, relationship management skills.
- Available mission to branch anytime and anywhere.
- Competence in Microsoft office (word & excel) and E-mail.
- High commitment and honesty.
- Be innovative, dynamic, and confident.
- Priority for understanding English language.
