Job Description

The main purpose of the Officer of Card and e-Payment Department for Acquiring Management position is mainly responsible for assisting Acquiring Product/services adoption rate through work with sales and marketing teams on merchant recruitment. He/she is also responsible for collecting customer feedbacks and related issues from the field and share to the supervisor.

Location: Head Office-Phnom Penh

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist supervisor to work with sales, marketing teams to plan sales target and campaigns, provide necessary support to drive growth of card users and transactions.
  • Work closely with sale team on merchant recruitment.
  • Proactive in monitoring marketing campaigns and promotions and its performance.
  • Assist to create and maintain ATM/Merchant penetration, brand awareness and unique positioning in the market.
  • Assist in conducting online and offline market, competition research.
  • Facilitate communication with merchant and corporate partners.
  • Assist in preparing the necessary material and perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Skills Specifications

  • At least 1-year experience in card operation or product development planning and implementation at banks and/or MFIs.
  • Good sales and marketing skills monitor marketing program and campaign design.
  • Bachelor degree in sales, marketing, business.
  • Be able to communicate in English language with basic presentation skill.
  • Good in MS. Office including MS. Excel and MS. PowerPoint.
  • Good integrity, positive attitude, helpful, high commitment, competence and motivation.
  • Be creative and attentive to details.
  • Be available to travel to rural areas.
