Job Description

The main purpose of the "Officer, Core Banking System "is created to test, respond and manage all the requests from all department in Head office and Hattha office relate to system functions, system issues and user issue to ensure system functions properly and smoothly base on business product requirement and align with developed guideline for IT Service Management Unit. All business requirements and issues relate to system are control by Application Administration Unit to follow SLA then feedback to owner request about progress status and result.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage overall activities and report issues or challenges to senior officer/supervisor.
• Manage customization, issues raise to vendor.
• Facilitate and feedback department users on system functionalities result and status.
• Create good working amongst member of IT Service Management team to ensure smooth flow of work, which improves overall performance.
• Review, follow up pending tasks and consolidate weekly activity report.
• Communicate with Oracle support relate system issue and user issue.
• Administrate on FLEXCUBE core banking functionality, configuration, and solution.
• Control on all requests and BAU project, and control all SR in MOS and follow up.
• Supporting testing result, status and feedback to owner request.
• Ensure FLEXCUBE functionality set up guideline and Helpdesk Manual Operation (SLA) is followed.
• Perform other task as assigned by management.

Skills Specifications

• Bachelor degree in computer science, business or finance and banking.
• 1 year’s experiences relate to Flexcube core banking product set up.
• Good understanding of finance, accounting, and banking / microfinance.
• Working experience with Microfinance or commercial bank is a plus.
• Excellent understanding and practice of FLEXCUBE core banking or others.
• Good knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL and willingness to learn new software systems.
• Understanding of Database design and client server architectures.
• Be knowledge of HTML and Java.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Strong communication and negotiating and engagement skills.
