Job Description

The main purpose of the “MEP Inspector" position is manage and perform test on construction material, equipment and maintain knowledge of all product specifications and ensure adherence to all required standards.

Head Office, Phnom Penh

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage and perform tests on construction materials, equipment and maintain knowledge on all product specifications and ensure adherence to all required standards.
• Identifies, researches solutions and resolves constructability issues.
• Produce daily report of the work assigned including manpower, machinery and issues encountered.
• Make sure the contractor maintains good housekeeping and site safety precautions.
• Perform day to day inspection on site regular inspection on all equipment and materials.
• Manage and perform tests on various materials, equipment and maintain knowledge on all product specifications and ensure adherence to all required standards.
• Assist the senior MEP engineer for day to day site and office work.

Skills Specifications

• Bachelor’s degree of electrical engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2‐3 years of experience with LV, ELV, HVAC and piping system.
• Able to use computer aid design software (AutoCAD Electrical, Revit, etc.).
• Able to work under supervision and independently.
• Able to maintain quality of drawings up to company standards.
• Able to work in demanding environment.
• Be able to communicate in English in speaking and writing.
• Perform others tasks assigned by direct supervisor.
