Job Description

The main purpose of the “Project Architect" position is oversee and keep track all the architectural design, check architectural shop drawing, and alert of potential clash on finishing work once there is any design change in either C&S or MEP work to Project Manager.

Head Office, Phnom Penh

Duties and Responsibilities

• Keep track of all the architectural design and design change.
• Alert of potential clash on finishing work once there is any design change in either C&S or MEP work to Project Coordinator / PM.
• Check architectural shop drawings submitted by contractor.
• Assist PM in day to day site and office work.
• Identifies, researches solutions and resolves constructability issues.
• Coordinate design work with related engineering disciplines.
• Attend construction meetings and participate in the coordination of the work.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Skills Specifications

• Minimum 3 years of experiences of architectural design or drafting.
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture.
• Ability to proficiently use architectural design related software such as SketchUp, 3D Max and others.
• Ability to work under supervision and independently.
• High organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under time pressure and adapt to changing requirements with a positive attitude.
