Job Description
This position is responsibilities for supervise and manage a team of credit administrators, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance, Verify all loan agreement/contracts with teammate before process loan disbursement, Process and review loan creation/disbursement/renewal/settlement/maintenance in core banking system by accurately and efficiently in compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage a team of credit administrators, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance.
- Facilitate with RM and related team to ensure all loan applications and related document are compliance of CIF creation requirement.
- Verify and Check AML in system, Authorization CIF and CBC enquiry.
- Prepare and review Loan Agreements and ensure on time completion.
- To ensure all agreement/Contract/Legal document information are correctly before submit to related team for proceed.
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure the cases are properly prepared and execute.
- Liaising with external lawyers for the implementation and completion of lending related activities.
- Ensure the completeness of documents, terms and conditions, and approval prior processing in system.
- Verify and authorization of Saving account creation, Create credit line, collateral, Facility, and loan drawdown.
- Process and review loan creation/disbursement/renewal/settlement/maintenance in core banking system by accurately and efficiently in compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Ensuring post disbursement compliance with approved terms and conditions, assignment of rights, review expiry of credit facilities.
- Verify and manage team to register of movable asset in Secured Transaction Filing Office (SETFO) with Ministry of Commerce.
- Manage team to prepare Notice Letter on loan amendment, paid-off and discharge letter, and other related documents.
- Authorization of Perform prepayment transaction upon customer request (reschedule/pay-off).
- Verify completion of documents and ensure data inputted by operator in system are properly.
- Ensure that there is a robust process for the safe custody and control of all security documents and loan files.
- Facilitate and minimize the process loan processing both hard and system.
- Review and update all policy/procedure/guideline.
- Facilitate & monitoring OD balance, payment and its utilization.
- Build the report to monitoring OD balance, OD payment and amount utilization.
- Develop reports loan disbursement.
- To ensure all applicants are not any pending and provide report to management if any.
- Other tasks as required by Head of Operational Support Department.
Skills Specifications
- Graduated a bachelor degree in banking and finance, accounting, or related fields.
- At least 1year experience related to loan and banking service.
- Knowledge in English language can communication well.
- To understand about LOS, Flexcube well.
- Will be able to use Ms. Word & Excel internet and e-mail e. Good attitude, be honest, serious, gentle, and willing to work.
