Job Description

Treasury officer for FX Management is responsible for prepare daily exchange rate, posting daily exchange in system, Dial currencies trad and make settlement with partner , Process FX transaction with Branches for special rate.

Head Office - Phnom Penh

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collect daily exchange rate from MDI, Banks and market exchange.
  • Prepare quotation price sheet and daily exchange rate submit to management verify and approve at least two time per day.
  • Response posting daily exchange in Flexcube System at two time per day on time and accurate.
  • Response submit hard copy of daily exchange and posting in WRS system at least two time per day.
  • Response communicate with partner for daily currencies trad.
  • Response negotiate rate with partner for dial currencies trad to make the profit to Hattha Bank Plc.
  • Response quote exchange rate with partner banks, MDI, MFI & Market Exchange for selected the best rate for Hattha Bank.
  • Prepare cash settlement to partner for foreign exchange transaction by chequ, Bank transfer or NBCP.
  • Monitor daily request special rate from branches by Hattha E-System.
  • Response quote exchange rate with Banks, MDI and Market exchange for provide the special rate to branches.
  • Response negotiate rate with Banks, MDI and Market exchange and do the currencies trad immediately
  • With amount provide special rate to branches.
  • Monitor transaction special rate of branches to complete foreign exchange transaction with customer the same date.

Skills Specifications

  • Bachelor degree in banking/finance or business management, or related fields.
  • At least 1-year experience in foreign exchange management transaction, Banks or MDI sector.
  • Prior other financial product management experience is preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge in other financial products, analytical, quantitative, problem solving, communication (written and verbal), presentation, relationship management skills.
  • Be proficient in English both speaking and writing.
  • Be innovative, dynamic, and confident.
