Job Description

The main purpose of the “ Officer, Auto Loan ” position is responsible for selling force all channels of Auto Loan and ensure quality loan to achieve the target which includes growth the operational goals, particularly support sale and branch related to Auto Loan product and Auto Dealer exploration.

Head Office-Phnom Penh

Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for acquiring sales to reach the target and selling Auto Loan product.
• Responsible for introducing products and services to potential customers.
• Responsible for explaining application process, required documents, and information related to the loan application process.
• Responsible for Managing client’s service including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
• Responsible for maintaining good relationship with Auto Dealer exploration.
• Responsible for supporting branch to increase product growth.
• Responsible for monitoring on market and competitor situation.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the line management

Skills Specifications

• Demonstrate high level of ethical commitments and trustworthiness.
• Age above 18 years old.
• At least Bachelor’s Degree.
• At least 1years of working experiences.
• Excellent communication skills, including excellent English speaking and writing skills.
• Computer literate in MS Word, MS Excel.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work under pressure, highly self-motivated, and long-hours.
• Strong sense of urgency with high level of commitment and determination in delivering a great result.
