Job Description

This position is responsible to support Unit/Skill Senior Manager on credit product policy and system development for all project under department.

Location

Head Office - Phnom Penh

Duties and Responsibilities

• Asist the supervisor to prepare the detail loan product procedure, guideline and application for product rollout or pilot.
• Perform system UAT and system guideline to ensure it is well performed as business requirement.
• Assist in enhancing or revising the existing credit product to response the market change and to keep these products being competitive and attractive in market demand.
• Assist team to prepare plan and deliver training to relevant staff on credit product.
• Other tasks as assigned by Senior Unit Manager.

Skills Specifications

• Require at least Fresh graduate student in Finance and banking, Economics, or another related field.
• Equip with good understanding and knowledge of microfinance and banking products, especially credit products and/or services is a plus.
• Good in communication skill and ability to work as a team.
• High personal morality and able to work under pressure.
• Good English knowledge.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to provincial branch office.
