Phnom Penh,
January 31, 2026 – Hattha Bank, a member of the MUFG financial group,
organized its 2026 Annual Branch Managers Meeting under the theme “Defining Tomorrow Together” at Hattha Bank Tower. The meeting was attended by Mr. Min
Sopha, Chief Executive Officer of Hattha Bank, members of the management team,
and more than 400 branch managers and representatives from Hattha Bank branches
nationwide.
The purpose of
the annual meeting was to share the Bank’s strategic plan and key operational
procedures with branch teams across the country. The meeting focused on
promoting sales growth, streamlining daily operational processes, and
supporting effective branch leadership in delivering quality services to
customers, with the goal of driving sustainable business growth in 2026.
Mr. Min Sopha,
Chief Executive Officer of Hattha Bank, said: “Today’s Branch Managers Meeting
serves as an important platform for sharing our strategic plan, new approaches
to sales promotion, and key practices for delivering quality customer service.
These efforts will help strengthen customer confidence and further improve
operational efficiency across our branch network.” He added: “In addition, this
year’s meeting aims to encourage the most effective implementation of our
strategic plan in line with our guiding principle of ‘Think Together, Act
Together, and Do Our Best,’ so that we can build a better future together.”
Apart from the
strategic planning session, Hattha Bank also organized team-building activities
to bring together employees from branches across the country. These activities
provided opportunities for staff to interact, participate in sports and group
activities, strengthen friendship and unity, and enhance teamwork. Such
initiatives contribute to improving daily work performance and support the
Bank’s continued development and future success.
