Phnom Penh, 15th February -
Hattha Bank, a subsidiary of Krungsri Bank, the fifth-largest commercial bank
in Thailand and a member of the MUFG International Financial Group, proud to
celebrating Branch Managers Annual Meeting for 2025, under the topic: “Embracing Change Achieving Excellence”. This Event
hosted on 15th February 2025 at Hattha Bank Tower, Joined by Mr. Min
Sopha, Chief Executive Officer of Hattha Bank, and Top management and Branch
Operation Manager from all branches across the country, more than 255 people.
The purpose of this
year’s meeting is to present the strategic plan and objectives for 2025, as
well as key strategies for effective transformation, while sharing various
knowledge and expertise. A key focus is strengthening collaboration in
financial services to improve customer service delivery.
Mr. Min Sopha, Chief
Executive Officer of Hattha Bank, stated, “Today's
meeting serves as an important platform for sharing strategic plans and methods
to enhance work practices and thinking, making them more efficient. It is also
an opportunity to share various knowledge and skills that will help deliver
better services, aligned with customer needs.” He further added, “To achieve
excellence in customer service and ensure long-term growth and success, it is
essential to provide services with excellence, transparency, and the highest
level of responsibility. Attentiveness, courtesy, professionalism, and all
necessary qualities must be achieved to ensure we provide excellent financial
services that meet our customers’ expectations.”
After the sharing of
strategic plans, work methods, and mindset changes through presentations by the
management team, all participants gained a clearer understanding of the various
directions and strategies. This also strengthened team capabilities and
fostered better collaboration within the team, particularly for branch
managers, enabling them to carry out their daily operations with greater
confidence, integrity, and commitment to progress and success.
