Ms. Pathatai Kulachan, Chairperson

Ms Pathatai Kulachan has extensive experience in the banking industry, having held various senior leadership roles such as Head of ASEAN Group, Executive Committee Member, and First Executive Vice President at Bank of Ayudhya PCL. She also served as Acting and Managing Director of Ayudhya Capital Services Co., Ltd., as well as Executive Vice President of the Finance and Accounting Division there. In addition to her professional experience, Miss Kulachan has completed prestigious training programs like the CFA, DCP, and DAP. Academically, she holds a BBA in Banking and Finance from Chulalongkorn University and an MBA from George Washington University.

Ms. Duangdao WONGPANITKRIT, Director

Ms. Duangdao was appointed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Bank of Ayudhya (Krungsri) on 1st January 2013. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in Financial Accounting from Thammasart University and an MBA from Chulalongkorn University. She is a certified public accountant (CPA Thailand). Duangdao has gained solid working experience in financial management at various companies including KPMG, Star petroleum, and Standard Chartered Bank before joining Krungsri.

Mr. Chandrashekar SUBRAMANIAN KRISHOOLNDMANGALAM, Director

Mr. Chandrashekar (Chandra) was appointed as Chief Risk Officer of Bank of Ayudya (Krungsri) in January 2007. He is currently a member of the risk management committee, EXCOM and ALCO. Prior to joining Krungsri, Chandra worked as Chief Risk Officer at GE Money India, managing all retail products including mortgages, personal loans, car loans and credit cards. Chandra completed his Master’s degree in Commerce at Mumbai University in 1985.

Mr. Pairote CHEUNKRUT, Director

Mr. Pairote was appointed as Chief Strategy Officer of Bank of Ayudhaya PCL (Krungsri) on 1st January 2020 and as MUFG Executive Officer in May 2020. Prior to these, he was Head of Krungsri Auto Group. Being recognized locally and internationally, his extensive experience spans over 25 years of consumer finance and management at Krungsri Auto, GE Capital Auto Lease Plc., and GE Money (Thailand). He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Bangkok University, Thailand and MBA from Oklahoma City University, USA.

Mr. Wanchairabin JITWATTANATAM, Director

Mr. Wanchairabin joined HKL in November 2016. He has brought in diverse professional experiences across banking, management consulting and engineering industries from more than 20 years primarily with Bank of Ayudhya (Krungsri), GE Capital, and AT Kearney. Prior to joining HKL, Wanchairabin held a leadership position as Head of AEC Strategy in Krungsri where he managed the bank’s regional expansion and M&A in Mekong region. With a combined experience of banking and management consulting in South East Asia, he led several high impact strategy and growth initiatives across market segments and business areas which include corporate strategy, product/channel development, telemarketing enhancement, process re-engineering, and new sales/service model establishment. Wanchairabin holds an MBA from Melbourne Business School in Australia and a Bachelor of Engineering from Chulalongkorn University in Thailand.

Mr. Wee Mun Seng, Director

Mr. Wee Mun Seng joined Hattha Bank in August 2023 as Deputy Chief Executive Officer. He has brought in diverse professional experiences in banking and finance industry for more than 30 years. Prior to joining Hattha Bank, Mr. Wee Mun Seng held leadership position as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at Amret MFI (Cambodia), Chef Executive Officer (CEO) at FINX Capital (Malaysia), ASEAN Business Consultant at Digital Finance International (Malaysia), Retail Banking Director at Al Rajhi Islamic Bank (Malaysia), Chief Operation Officer (COO) - Group Branch Network at Hong Leong Bank (Malaysia), And other various senior positions over his career. Mr. Wee Mun Seng holds Bachelors’ degree majoring in Finance & Marketing and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Southeast Missouri State University, USA.

Mr. Shinya Takahashi, Director

Mr. Shinya Takahashi joined Hattha Bank as Deputy Chief Executive Officer in May 2024, bringing extensive banking experience. Over his career, he has held key leadership roles, including Co-Director of the Multinational Corporations and International Fund Center at Vietin Bank Ltd. in Vietnam, Director and Head of Strategic Planning at MUFG Bank Ltd. in the Philippines, and various VP and Manager positions at MUFG Bank and Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ in Japan and the USA. Mr. Takahashi holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from Keio University in Tokyo.

Dr. Davuth DY, Independent Director

Dr. Davuth is a highly experienced advisor in Finance Management. He has worked at various national and international institutes and held responsibility for significant projects including ADB, WB and SMEC International. Dr. Davuth also has qualifications in Academic Management, and he is currently serving as Senior Vice President of Build Bright University. Further, he has experience in Microfinance Sector more than 20 years

Mr. Sereivathana PAK, Independent Director

Mr. Sereivathana is a financial sector specialist and investment adviser with over 20 years of experience in financial sector development and project financing. He has expertise in strategic and business plans, project feasibility studies, investment appraisals, and bank lending. Vathana’s experiences include leading Axis Investment Consulting team to develop and carry out consulting work for businesses and development agencies in Cambodia. He has extensively involved in bank lending, funding strategy for the Financial Sector And Financial infrastructure as part of his work in the World Bank Group. Vathana obtained a BA in economics from National University of Management (formerly the Institute of Economics) and a Master in Financial Management from Central Queensland University in Australia.

Dr. Chheang Vannarith, Independent Director

Dr. Chheang Vannarith joined Hattha Bank's Board of Directors as an independent Director in June 2024, bringing extensive experience. Prior to this, he held various leadership roles, including serving as Chairman of the Advisory Council of the National Assembly of Cambodia, Founder and Chairman of the Angkor Social Innovation Park, President of the Asian Vision Institute, Southeast Asia Consultant for The Nippon Foundation, Lecturer at the University of Leeds, Executive Director of the Cambodian Institute for Cooperation and Peace, and Assistant to the Defence Minister in Cambodia. Academically, Dr. Vannarith holds a PhD in Asia Pacific Studies from Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University in Japan, obtained in 2009.
