Job Description

Deputy Head of Loan Portfolio Management is responsible for the overall credit products within Hattha Bank Plc including manage the new and revamp project of credit products under supervision of LPM. The successful candidate will also deal with related business partners to build and keep relationship to ensure well cooperation and occasionally independently support the projects to EXCOM.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead in strategy development and initiatives to conduct and analyze the market demand with research team which is aiming at developing the Credit Products to response to the market demand.
• Lead in developing the enhancement the existing loan product, developing new loan products as per bank strategy.
• Optimize and/or modernize all various channels for end-to-end credit processing such as LOS, Core Banking, Mobile Banking and Internet banking to deliver the smooth & great customer experience. 
• Lead in developing the detail guideline, methodology guide, and some relevant system guideline.
• Regularly review on loan pricing with competitors and report to management.
• Monitor product performance and take prompt action with branches and related stakeholders to be well performed, competitive and attractive in the market.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management.

Skills Specifications

• Bachelor degree in Finance and banking, Business admin, Economics, or another related field.
  
• At least three years experiences in loan product and/or credit card development in commercial banks.
• Has extensive knowledge on regulatory requirement, risk management and data analysis.
• Be good at presentation, write up product proposal and task management.
• Be proficient in English both writing and speaking.
