Job Description

Senior Officer Marketing Promotion aims to serve in all phases of marketing communication and marketing promotion of Hattha Bank since including initiate promotion concept and mechanic, seeking for approval, implementation, and monitoring and report.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Participate to corporate brand marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.
  
• Develop marketing promotional concept and mechanic, and develop annual marketing communication. 
• Work with cross functional team to align promotion and communication plan.
• Work with cross functional team to get approval on promotion and communication plan.  
• lead implementation of marketing promotion and motoring the result. 
• Manage to develop Co-Marketing Campaign with business partners and dealers like Smart, SVL, etc. 
• Work with technical team to develop and enhance promotion engines like cash back, savings point, etc. 
• Perform other tasks assigned by direct supervisor or management.

Skills Specifications

• Bachelor degree in Marketing, or another related field.
  
• At least three-year experiences in banking industry or business development is a plus. 
• Equip with good understanding, knowledge of microfinance and banking products, especially on transfer service.
• Be committing to timeline and handling pressure.
• Be innovative, dynamic and confident.
• Be proficient in English both speaking and writing.
