Job Description

The main purpose of the “ Senior Officer for UX/UI ” position is mainly responsible for assisting UX/UI design of digital channels (Mobile App, Internet Banking, ATM, CDM, STM, etc.) under digital division, plus other digital design works to promote digital product profitability and growth.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in investigating user experience design requirements with input from front-end team for suite of digital assets.
• Assist in developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand.
• Assist in producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
• Design UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets.
• Test UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, target links for landing pages.
• Collaborating with the marketing team, and internal and external designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.
• Guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies, testing activities in order to analyze predict user behavior.
• Adhering to style standards on typography and graphic design.
• Establish a clear understanding of the storyline and purpose of the video's creation.
• Create an initial proposed storyboard draft of the video, improve video, sound quality using various video software.
• Edit video to include preselected music, interviews, sound clips and other important aspects of the project.
• Ensure the correct formatting and presentation for finalized videos according to line manager.
• Perform other task as assigned by management.

Skills Specifications

• Bachelor's degree and minimum of 2 years UI/UX design experience for digital products or services.
• Portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.
• Knowledge of the following technologies, software (Sketch, InVision, Visio, Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Premium Pro, Adobe After Effect, Adobe Media Encoder, Adobe Audition, iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite.)
• Be able to communicate in English language, good presentation/training skill, influencing negotiation skills is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Able to work independently, organized, creative, attentive to details,
• Be available to travel to rural areas if required.
