Job Description

Head of International IT & Digital Governance will be assigned to base in one of the ASEAN Subsidiaries of Krungsri. This role will act as a liaison with ASEAN Subsidiary and Krungsri on IT and Digital activities.

Duties and Responsibilities

    • Liaison with ASEAN Subsidiary and Krungsri on IT and Digital related activities. 
    • Rollout of Krungsri’s IT & Digital’s Group Governance Framework in the ASEAN Subsidiary. 
    • Regularly monitor and report to Krungsri on Key IT & Digital activities, resource utilization, and compliances. 
    • Support ASEAN Subsidiary on IT and Digital related activities to accelerate and strengthen KS’s international presence. 
    • Promote practice sharing across Krungsri and ASEAN Subsidiaries. 
    • Highly complex information technology environment, businesses initiatives and multiple key stakeholders.
    • Communication, liaison and work with different cultures, languages processes and procedures.
    • Coordinating with many groups of people with different objectives, goals, and restrictions.
    • Understanding and enforcing Group Governance to Subsidiary.
    • Understanding of local regulatory requirements, risks and compliance, financials while supporting Subsidiary’s focus and working constraints.
    • Working full time during office hours from Monday-Friday but may be required to work some evenings and weekends to support different time zones.
    • Base office assignment in an ASEAN Subsidiary of Krungsri. Depending on the assignment demand, may require travelling and living overseas for an extended period of time.

Skills Specifications

    • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Management Information System, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, Mathematics & Statistics Science, or other related fields.
    • Have experience in governance or managerial IT and Digital Position of a multicultural environment.
    • At least 10 years experience in areas of IT and Digital, experience in Banking and/or financial institution. 
    • At least 7 years experience in management level. 
    • Strong knowledge and background in Information Technology related to financial and banking industry in Thailand and regionally. 
    • Strong knowledge in the areas of regulatory compliance, IT standards, risks, and corporate finance literacy. 
    • Understanding license compliance and management is a plus, strong analytical skills, consulting and reasonable logic. 
    • Strong interpersonal skills including communication, influencing; and negotiation skills. 
    • Be able to manage and govern several initiatives at the same time. 
    • Expert in local and English language for written and spoken skills. Able to communicate in business. 
    • Understanding of the local country’s working context, and local hire is preferred.
