Job Description
Be responsible for leading and executing strategic initiatives within one of the following focus areas: Operational (Branch Operations & Customer Experience), Data Analytics (Data & Customer Journey), Sales & Distribution (Distribution & Business Development), or Strategy & Planning (Change Management & KPI).

Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead and execute strategic initiatives within the designated focus area to drive business growth and operational excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project execution.
- Identify opportunities for process re-engineering and optimization to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Drive organizational transformation initiatives by implementing best practices and innovative solutions.
- Lead cross-functional teams in driving cultural change and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks and address challenges encountered during the transformation process.
- Utilize data analytics and customer insights to drive informed decision-making and enhance customer experiences.
- Drive sales growth and business development initiatives through strategic partnerships and innovative solutions.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth implementation of new processes and technologies.
- Mentor and coach team members to foster a culture of excellence and collaboration within the division.
- Perform other task as assigned by management.
Skills Specifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on one of these areas: Operational (Branch Operations & Customer Experience), Data Analytics (Data & Customer Journey), Sales & Distribution (Sales & BD).
- Strategy & Planning (Change Management & KPI).
- Proven track record of successfully leading and executing complex projects within the banking industry.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
- Experience with process re-engineering methodologies such as Six Sigma.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management certification is highly desired.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a focus on driving results and fostering a positive team environment.
