Phnom Penh, February 2, 2023: Hattha Bank Plc. has become the official member of CamDX, a unified yet decentralized data exchange platform developed and launched by Techo Start-Up under the Ministry of Economic and Finance. This strategic membership enables Hattha Bank to integrate CamDX's innovative e-KYC solution or CamDigiKey into its wide array of digital services – particularly the newly-enhanced Hattha Mobile 3.0.
With the integration, both new and
existing customers of Hattha Bank will soon be able to instantly open a savings
account online no matter when or where they are via Hattha Mobile. CamDigiKey
utilizes the GDI database of the Ministry of Interior for customer
identification, matching, and validation which makes the customer profile
verification process a lot quicker, easier, and more secure.
Hattha Bank is the fourth financial
institution in Cambodia that incorporates CamDigiKey into its digital banking
services. This integration along with the modernized Hattha Mobile 3.0 is a
huge statement from one of the Kingdom's largest commercial banks that
envisioned to becoming a full-fledged digital bank that makes banking simple
and accessible to customers from all walks of life.
