Job Description

Senior Officer of Digital Banking Department for UX/UI position is mainly responsible for assisting UX/UI design of digital channels (Mobile App, Internet Banking, ATM, CDM, STM, etc.) under digital division, plus other digital design works to promote digital product profitability and growth.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in investigating user experience design requirements with input from front-end team for suite of digital assets.
  
• Assist in developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand.
• Assist in producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
• Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets.
• Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.
• Collaborating with the marketing team, and internal and external designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.
• Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior.
• Adhering to style standards on typography and graphic design.
• Establish a clear understanding of the storyline and purpose of the video's creation.
• Create an initial proposed storyboard draft of the video.
• Improve video and sound quality using various video software
• Edit video to include preselected music, interviews, sound clips and other important aspects of the project.
• Ensure the correct formatting and presentation for finalized videos according to line manager.

Skills Specifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years UI/UX design experience for digital products or services.
  
• A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.
• Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Sketch, InVision, Visio, Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Premium Pro, Adobe After Effect, Adobe Media Encoder, Adobe Audition, iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Be able to communicate in English language and good presentation/training skill.
• Be available to travel to rural areas when required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently, organized, creative and attentive to details.
