Job Description

The main purpose of the "Deputy head of marketing department" does aims to serve in all phases of market & communication, co-marketing activities, event management, advertising channel, create concept and design all material for online and offline channel, brand management, and building brand awareness.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage design all artwork, poster, video, GIF, motion graphic and animation. 
• Manage to design all online artwork for Hattha Bank.
• Manage to design brand collateral, material, and brand items for bank. 
• Manage to update brand guideline and the alignment of usage.   
• Work with media partner in order to select right and effective channels for advertising. 
• Manage and properly monitor all advertising channels. 
• Involve in preparation of budget plan and marketing strategy.
• Initiate and host the event for bank including CSR, co-branding and commercial events.
• Work with business partner to plan the join-marketing activities.
• Work with printing agency to make sure quality and quantities of production.
• Work to ensure have enough material to support branch and sale team. 
• Initiate annual PR calendar, implement and monitoring properly. 
• Manage prepare roadshow/activation.  
• Perform additional tasks and any duties as required by direct supervisor or management.

Skills Specifications

• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Management, Finance and Banking, Economics, or other related field, master degree is preferable. 
• At least 5-years working experiences in market/business analysis, preferable in financial institution.
• Good knowledge of project planning, project management and project implementation.
• Effective networking and ability to communicate at all levels.
• Good interpersonal, managerial and leadership abilities.
• Strong planning and organizational skills especially excellent analytical skill.
• Exceptional written and oral communication abilities in English.
