Job Description

This position is responsible for Maximize the support of debt recovery through local authorities and litigation process.

Duties and Responsibilities

    • Oversee support and ensure the collection strategy, Written Off and Restructuring processes are conducted completely and correctly according to organizational policy, procedures and guidelines. 
    • Support the debt recovery processes, Written Off and Restructuring and comply with local regulation, collection policies, procedures and guidelines.
    • Facilitate and provide completeness and correctness of legal documents for litigation processes to achieve team targets.
    • Manage related performance report of collection strategy action including Written Off and Restructuring, Litigation and local authority. 
    • Adherence to compliance matric such as regulatory violence or legal challenges related to debt collection procedure and guidelines. 
    • Participate in developing the procedures, guidelines and ensure the well implementation from branches and related team. 
    • Participate in developing of collection strategies to align with management’s direction.
    • Collaborate with division collection team, branch collection team and other related for collection improvement & enhancement, especially for collector capacity building.  
    • Perform other tasks assigned by direct supervisor or managements.

Skills Specifications

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance & banking or related.
    • At least 2 years of work experiences in banking/financial industries in credit management.
    • Be honest with high commitment and dedication to the company. 
    • Independence for the job and can work under the pressure.
    • Useful experience as credit officer, Collector, loan recovery or relevant positions.  
    • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel), Power point & Visio and other.
    • Interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Knowledge of general business administration.
    • Capability to communicate in English language is better.
